Before you book.
You do. You sell your own classes, packages and memberships, and you collect your clients’ payments directly.
No. The rental gives you access to the space. Marketing and clientele are your business’s responsibility, which lets you build your own brand.

Access to the studio and to all the Reformer machines and accessories available on site is included in the hourly rate.
The number of clients depends on the number of Reformer machines available. You can teach private, semi-private or group classes.
You book your hours online based on the studio’s availability. You can book session by session or block fixed slots every week.
The rental is payable at the time of booking, at $120 an hour.
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the booking. A late cancellation incurs a $45 penalty fee.
Yes. Every instructor must hold their own professional liability insurance and provide proof of it before their first booking.
Yes. You manage your clients, registrations and payments with the tools of your choice.
Your booking includes set-up and tidying up. Plan to leave the studio clean and the machines disinfected for the next instructor.
Absolutely. You teach under your own brand. You can mention that your classes take place at the BLVD studio in Laval.
Yes, parking is available on site for you and your clients.
