Rental policy

Studio rentals are available to independent instructors who wish to build and manage their own clientele while using the BLVD Pilates facilities.

Each instructor is fully responsible for:

• Their own clientele
• Bookings and scheduling
• Pricing and packages
• Collecting payments from their clients
• Marketing and social media
• Website and booking platforms
• Client communications and customer service
• Professional certifications and qualifications

BLVD Pilates provides only the studio space and equipment during the reserved rental period.

Renting the studio does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, or business partnership relationship with BLVD Pilates.

Each instructor must maintain, at their own expense, valid professional and general liability insurance covering their activities, clients, and use of the studio and its equipment.

Proof of valid insurance may be required before the first rental.

The instructor is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their clients to the Reformers, accessories, furniture, or studio.

Any damage must be reported to BLVD Pilates immediately. The instructor will be responsible for the associated costs and must ensure that their insurance coverage is sufficient to cover potential damage resulting from their activities.

Each rental is for 60 minutes and includes client arrival, the session itself, clean-up, and departure.

The studio and all equipment must be left clean, organized, and in the same condition as they were upon arrival.

Clients must remain under the supervision of their instructor and may not be left unattended in the studio.

Any additional time must be reserved and paid for separately.

Studio rentals must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to studio availability.

Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental may be made without a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental will be subject to a $45 late cancellation fee.

In the event of a no-show, a $45 fee will also be charged.

Clients brought in or acquired by the instructor remain the instructor’s own clients. Independent instructors are free to build their clientele, market their services, and operate their own business.

Instructors may state that their sessions are held at BLVD Pilates, but may not represent themselves as an owner, partner, employee, or official representative of BLVD Pilates unless expressly authorized in writing.

Any commercial or promotional use of the BLVD Pilates name, logo, photos, or brand identity must receive prior authorization from BLVD Pilates.
