Everything about BLVD Pilates
BLVD Pilates is a high-end boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Laval. Groups of five people maximum, certified instructors and an elegant space designed down to the last detail allow personal attention to every movement.
The studio is located at 800 Chomedey Boulevard, Tower C, suite 450, in Laval (Chomedey area). It is easy to reach from across Laval and the North Shore.
Our group classes welcome five people maximum, so every client benefits from attentive guidance and personalized corrections.
Absolutely. Our instructors adapt every session to your level, from your first time on the Reformer to advanced movements. The discovery class is a great way to start.
Our team is made up of certified, passionate instructors who guide every client toward her full potential. Meet them in the “Our team” section above.
We offer small-group classes, private sessions and semi-private sessions for two or three people. Pick your format from the Classes menu to book.
You can book directly online through our booking page. Your first class is offered at $32, with no commitment.
Yes. We host bachelorettes, corporate events and birthdays at the studio. Reach out through the Events page to plan yours.
Yes. Our 200-hour Reformer Pilates certification takes place in the studio, at BLVD Pilates in Laval. All the details are on the Training page.
